Terms

By reading these pages you agree to the few points below. They're written plainly on purpose.

What the site is for

customerwarnings.com describes Lumen Hotel, a 48-room hotel on the harbour in Klintvig, Denmark. It tells you about the rooms, the café, the casino on the first floor and how to reach us. That's all it does.

Nothing is sold here

Rooms can't be booked or paid for on this website. To ask about a stay, email [email protected]. A room is only held once reception has confirmed it to you in writing, and payment is taken at the hotel.

No gambling online

This site offers no games of any kind, for money or for fun. The casino exists only inside the hotel building. It is open to guests aged 18 and over, the legal minimum age in Denmark, and photo ID is checked at the door. Its house rules are posted there and kept at reception.

About the domain name

The address customerwarnings.com may sound like a consumer-warning or complaints service. It isn't one. We don't review companies, collect complaints or publish warnings about anyone. The site is only about the hotel.

Accuracy

We keep the details here up to date, but opening hours and room features can change with the season. If something matters to your stay, check it with reception by email before you travel.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
