Privacy

This page is short because the site gathers almost nothing. It's a handful of pages about one hotel on the Klintvig harbour.

Nothing to fill in

You won't find a form, a booking widget or a newsletter box anywhere here. No account can be opened on this site, so there is nothing for us to store about visitors.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising tags and no fonts or scripts from other companies, so your visit isn't followed from page to page.

The server that hosts these pages keeps ordinary request logs: IP address, time and the page requested. They exist so the site keeps working. We don't use them to build a picture of anyone.

Your emails to reception

If you write to [email protected], reception reads the message to answer it. We see your name, address and whatever you chose to write, such as your dates or the number of guests.

We keep a thread for six months after the last reply, in case you write again about the same stay, and then delete it. Your email address is never sold, never handed to advertisers and never added to a mailing list.

We won't ask you to send a password, a card number or a copy of an ID document by email. If a message that claims to come from Lumen asks for any of those, it didn't come from us.

Asking us to delete something

Write to the same address and say which thread you'd like removed. We'll delete it and send a one-line reply when it's done.
